At Ivory Armoire, we want you to love every piece you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Your Right to Cancel (EU Customers): If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item(s), without giving any reason. This is your statutory right under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. To exercise this right, please contact us at returns@ivoryarmoire.com within 14 days of delivery.

Returns: Once you have notified us of your wish to return, you have a further 14 days to send the item(s) back to us. Items must be returned in the same condition as received — unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

Pre-Loved Items: All pre-loved pieces are carefully inspected and graded before listing. Condition details are clearly described on each product page. Please review these descriptions carefully before purchasing, as pre-loved items are sold as described. Your statutory cancellation rights still apply.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. We reserve the right to deduct from the refund if the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and condition.

Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Exclusions: The following items cannot be returned unless faulty: items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery; items missing original tags.

Faulty or Incorrect Items: If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email], and we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
